To ensure effectiveness of our products and services, we implement a Quality Management System in our organization that dictates comprehensive written procedures related to different pre production, production, and post production operations. An experienced team is entrusted with the responsibility of enforcing and maintaining these quality procedures in our organization, so that the highest level of product and service quality is attained as per our quality commitment to customers.

Our quality control mechanisms commence at the procurement stage itself. To ensure that a fine range of finished goods is produced, we source steel of the highest quality from reputed brands such as Essar Steel, Tata Steel, SAIL, Ispat, and Jindal that adhere to different industry standards & specifications. Besides, the steel we use is ST – 44 / 52 or equivalent with min. yield strength of 340 N/mm2. We process this steel into pressed components using hi-tech shearing and bending procedures, and use jigs & fixtures to control the pressed dimensions. With our Quality Policy, we make sure that quality is constantly measured & monitored, and corrective action is taken whenever any form of defect occur so as to guarantee optimum customer satisfaction.

Infrastructure

The phenomenal success of our organization rests on our planning & professionalism, our well-trained support staff with multi-disciplinary skills, and our sound infrastructural set-up in Navi Mumbai. Spread across a total covered area of 4,000 sq. m, it houses two production units, well-equipped with modern machinery and equipment like latest MIG welding machines that facilitate quick, error-free, and voluminous product engineering.
